We are seeking passionate educators to foster student growth through personalized, active exploration in multi-age classrooms, and support their social-emotional learning needs.  Successful candidates are driven to cultivate curiosity and ignite imagination through innovative curriculum utilizing the latest educational research.  They are able to provide multidisciplinary instruction through project-based learning and develop interactive and creative curricula not typically associated with primary education.

Qualifications (Required)

o    Bachelor’s Degree +

o    Minimum 1+ year experience working with students as a teacher, teacher intern / resident, or academic coach

Qualifications (Preferred)

o    Advanced Degree / Working on Advanced Degree

o    Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, P-3 Endorsement, Environmental Education, Design or Engineering

o    Curricula planning experience

o    Experience working with students grades K-5

o    Knowledge of concepts such as:  tinkering / maker movement

o   1+ year experience in a project-based learning environment
