Foreign Flavors Chefs in Training Camp // 9-13 YO // 2:00-5:00
Your young chefs will take a whirlwind culinary tour across the globe and learn how food brings us all together. We'll explore the music, flavors, and food customs of the regions we visit while we whip up tasty, local cuisine.
Day 1: We'll head south for some Latin American dishes.
Day 2: We'll hop across the Atlantic Ocean and explore Mediterranean cuisine.
Day 3: We'll taste Eastern & Southern Asian flavors.
Day 4: We'll end our trip down under for some authentic Australian treats!
Each class will include music from that region of the world, a talk about regional meal customs, plus the creation of 3-5 recipes each day.
